At the top of the hotel, our rooftop bar offers stunning views over Ibiza’s old town — a chic, open-air setting where cocktails are crafted under the stars. ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a Front Office Intern (M/F) for a 6-month internship to support our team from September 1st until the end of January 2027. Your main responsibilities will include: Front Desk: Management of check-ins and check-outs, guest assistance, billing, payments, phone calls and coordination of daily Front Office operations, ensuring an excellent guest experience throughout the stay. Concierge : Personalised recommendations, restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, activities, experiences and coordination of external services, contributing to guest satisfaction and loyalty. Reservations : Management of individual and group reservations, modifications, cancellations, availability control and follow-up of special requests. Guest Relations: Assisting guests throughout their stay, handling requests, resolving issues and following up on guest feedback and service recovery actions (glitches), ensuring compliance with the hotel's quality standards and delivering a personalised experience. Administration & Operations: Supporting the department with administrative tasks, managing emails, documentation, filing, invoice follow-up and updating information in internal systems. Commercial & Revenue Support: Assisting in the promotion of hotel services, selling experiences and contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives. Other Duties: Carrying out any other tasks related to the department as assigned by hotel management or supervisors. ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone passionate about the hospitality industry, with a professional appearance and proficiency in English. If you are proactive, autonomous, adaptable, efficient at managing priorities, and have an excellent sense of hospitality and customer service, then this position is made for you. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a lifestyle hotel or high-end bar. Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques. A strong sense of hospitality and attention to guest needs. Charismatic, confident, and able to engage with diverse clientele. Flexible and responsive to the changing demands of service. Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus. Strong sense of organization, cleanliness, and teamwork. Experience the Experimental !
