About Riela:
Riela is opening contemporary bathhouses across Europe. Our first studio opened in Justicia, Madrid, blending architecture, wellness, and hospitality into a refined communal experience.
We are looking for a Hospitality Intern to support the host team and help maintain the calm rhythm and attention to detail that define the Riela experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and support the host team during check-in and check-out
- Help maintain the atmosphere, order, and cleanliness of the space
- Assist with towels, locker flow, and guest guidance through the experience
- Support daily operations and preparation between sessions
- Help ensure the guest journey flows smoothly from arrival to departure
You are:
- Well-presented, calm, and attentive
- Interested in hospitality, wellness, or design-led spaces
- Comfortable interacting with guests in a polite and discreet way
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Fluent in Spanish and English
Bonus:
- Studies in hospitality, tourism, or related fields
- Students from EHL, Les Roches, Glion, IE University, ESCP, ESADE, Universidad Europea, or similar international hospitality/business schools
- Passion for design, wellness, and contemporary hospitality.
