We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Consultant / Future General Manager to join our team for an initial 3-month project contract. This role focuses on enhancing the operational efficiency of our busy restaurant and bar through system development and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Create daily and weekly management reports.
- Develop comprehensive opening and closing checklists.
- Improve existing operational systems and procedures.
- Assist with stock control and labour management.
- Create effective staff training materials.
- Build KPI dashboards and reporting systems.
- Support day-to-day management and operations.
Requirements:
- Proven hospitality management experience.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Expertise in KPIs, reporting, stock control, and team management.
- Demonstrated ability to improve systems and processes.
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated work ethic.
