We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Consultant / Future General Manager to join our team for an initial 3-month project contract. This role focuses on enhancing the operational efficiency of our busy restaurant and bar through system development and process improvement. Responsibilities: • Create daily and weekly management reports., • Develop comprehensive opening and closing checklists., • Improve existing operational systems and procedures., • Assist with stock control and labour management., • Create effective staff training materials., • Build KPI dashboards and reporting systems., • Support day-to-day management and operations. Requirements: • Proven hospitality management experience., • Strong organisational and leadership skills., • Expertise in KPIs, reporting, stock control, and team management., • Demonstrated ability to improve systems and processes., • Professional, reliable, and self-motivated work ethic.
