- Provide menu information and respond to questions or special needs.
- Coordinate with wait staff to ensure smooth service and consistent attention to customers
- Maintain an orderly and welcoming reception area.
- Reservation Management: Monitor reservations through The Fork platform, fulfill requests and update waitlist in real time.
- Customer Service: Answer calls and emails from customers to resolve doubts, manage reservations or attend to special requests.
- Assist waiting staff when needed, create special offers up on the clients request together with Chef
