As a Host/Hostess, you will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for all our guests. We are seeking an engaging individual who can effectively promote our establishment and ensure a seamless dining experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and optimizing table turnover.
- Expertly managing the terrace area, ensuring it is organized and operates smoothly.
- Actively promoting our restaurant and services, leveraging strong sales skills to attract and engage customers.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service, anticipating needs and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent level of English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and pleasantly with a diverse clientele.
- A proactive attitude and strong organizational abilities to manage a dynamic front-of-house environment.
- A team player mentality, eager to contribute to a positive and collaborative work atmosphere within our family-owned business.
