Responsabilidades principales Recepción de Mercancía: Descargar, revisar y almacenar correctamente los productos recibidos. Gestión de Inventario: Organizar y mantener el inventario actualizado, asegurando el correcto almacenamiento de los productos. Preparación de Pedidos: Recoger y preparar productos según las solicitudes internas (por ejemplo, cocina, pastelería u otros departamentos). Control de Calidad: Verificar el estado de los productos y comunicar cualquier anomalía o incidencia al responsable. Orden y Limpieza: Mantener el almacén limpio, ordenado y conforme a las normas de higiene y seguridad. Colaboración: Trabajar en equipo con otros departamentos para garantizar un flujo eficiente de mercancías. Requisitos • Experiencia previa en puestos similares en almacenes, cocinas o entornos logísticos., • Conocimiento básico de control de inventario y rotación de productos (FIFO)., • Capacidad para realizar tareas físicas (carga y descarga)., • Habilidades de organización y atención al detalle., • Compromiso con la puntualidad, la limpieza y la seguridad en el trabajo.

Key Responsibilities • Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, and body treatments following established protocols., • Welcome guests warmly, provide expert consultations, and create a serene and tailored spa environment., • Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products, maintaining rigorous hygiene and presentation standards., • Recommend appropriate treatments and retail products to enhance guests' wellness journeys., • Collaborate with the spa team to maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and support colleagues as needed. Required Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role within luxury hospitality., • Recognized certification in massage therapy, beauty, or spa treatments., • Fluency in English., • Strong knowledge of diverse treatment techniques and product ranges. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing tests, and maintaining detailed documentation to uphold our commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Conduct regular inspections of products, materials, or services to verify compliance with established quality standards and specifications., • Perform tests, measurements, and audits utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability., • Maintain comprehensive records of inspection results and prepare detailed reports to communicate findings to management for corrective actions., • Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures, ensuring all processes comply with regulatory, safety, and internal quality requirements., • Identify defects, process inefficiencies, or potential risks and provide recommendations for continuous quality improvements. Required Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience as a Quality Inspector, Quality Control Officer, or in a similar quality assurance role., • Strong knowledge of quality standards, testing methods, and inspection procedures., • Fluency in English, both written and spoken., • Proficient in MS Office applications., • Food Safety Management Systems certification is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Event Coordination: Oversee and coordinate entertainment events and activities across the resort, ensuring all programs meet the brand’s standards for quality and guest satisfaction. Creative Development: Design and implement innovative entertainment concepts aligned with current trends and the resort’s identity. Operations Management: Supervise performer schedules, logistics, and technical setups to ensure smooth execution of all events and activities. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the Entertainment Team, conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment. Collaboration: Work closely with F&B, Operations, Marketing, and PR teams to ensure cohesive event delivery and enhance the overall guest experience. Guest Feedback: Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve entertainment offerings and maintain high satisfaction levels. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all entertainment operations comply with health, safety, and fire regulations. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). Previous experience in entertainment or event management, preferably within luxury hospitality. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
