With 96.5% of our staff expressing high satisfaction in being part of this family, we are currently seeking a Mechanical Lead for our offices located in Abu Dhabi. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, with specialization in Rotating Equipment Engineering, Piping, Energy, or Engineering Project Management, as well as complementary training in international standards (ASME, API, ISO) and ADNOC requirements. /li liMinimum 12 years of experience in EPC Oil Gas or petrochemical projects. /li liProven experience as Senior Engineer and/or Mechanical Lead, leading the design, supervision, and commissioning of mechanical equipment, piping, valves, and rotating systems. /li liParticipation in at least one ADNOC Onshore or Offshore EPC project in UAE, complying with its standards and technical requirements. /li liEffective coordination of multidisciplinary teams and management of complex mechanical deliverables. /li liManagement of technical interfaces with other disciplines, contractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with international standards (ASME, API, ISO) and ADNOC standards. /li liHands‑on experience with design software, including AutoCAD, PDMS/E3D, and Navisworks. /li liAdvanced English level C1 or higher. /li /ul h3Location /h3 ul li100% on‑site in Abu Dhabi. /li /ul h3Mechanical Engineering /h3 h3Project Management /h3 h3Team Management /h3 h3EPC Projects - ADNOC /h3 ul liLead the mechanical discipline during the basic engineering, detail engineering, construction, and commissioning phases. /li liReview and approve mechanical drawings, piping calculations, rotating equipment, valves, pumps, and HVAC systems. /li liEnsure compliance with international standards (ASME, API, ISO) and ADNOC specifications. /li liCoordinate with engineering, projects, procurement, and construction to correctly integrate mechanical systems with other disciplines. /li liManage technical interfaces with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams. /li liSupport in the preparation of mechanical material requisitions, technical evaluations, and review of vendor documentation. /li liParticipate in technical meetings with manufacturers and follow‑up of mechanical packages. /li liManage technical queries, deviations, and mechanical engineering changes during the project cycle. /li liParticipate in progress meetings and technical reviews with the client, ensuring timely closure of comments. /li liEnsure that all mechanical activities comply with project quality, safety, and QHSE requirements. /li liImplement applicable corporate procedures and standards. /li liOther activities inherent to the position. /li /ul h3Why join DAPIN? /h3 ul liYou will be part of a global community of professionals passionate about engineering, innovation, and large-scale change.
