For the new season, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Waiter / Floor Manager to lead our service team and help create memorable experiences for our guests, every day.
We are a high-volume restaurant in Palma de Mallorca, with a strong team spirit, high standards, and a real focus on quality, consistency, and people.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a leadership role in restaurant service
- A natural leader who knows how to motivate, guide, and support a team
- Strong organization and a calm approach during busy services
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent service
- Ability to work under pressure without losing quality or focus
- Very good level of English and Spanish (other languages are a big plus)
- A professional, proactive, and reliable personality
- Commitment for the full season
