We help people invest in residential assets and we manage the full lifecycle of each property: from acquisition and setup to rental, operations and performance optimization. Our rental team plays a key role in this model. Its mission is clear: maximize occupancy and performance of our assets, ensuring strong and sustainable returns for our investors across short, mid and long-term rentals. We operate in Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Valencia and Alicante, managing a growing portfolio of residential properties designed for flexibility, quality and professional management. We are now looking for a Booking / Sales Executive Intern to join our Madrid-based team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, has an idea of the dynamics of rentals and hospitality, and cares about joining the real estate market. Overview: We are looking for a Booking & Guest Relations Intern, dynamic and proactive to achieve our kpis, related targets and grow within the company. Key Responsibilities: • Manage our Apartments and Rooms availability in our Channel Manager, • Manage our portfolio across different sales channels: Idealista, Airbnb...etc, • Prospect, plan and qualify the best leads to our properties, • Follow the best leads in our CRM, • Interact with prospects through calls (20-30 calls/day) and messages from any channel Requirements: • Actively pursuing a university degree in Toursim, Business Administration, MKT or related is a plus but not a must. We value hard work!, • Neednes to have a university agreement, • Proactive, decisive and positive, • Outstanding communication skills, • Continuous learning capacity, • Excellent English and Spanish skills.
