We're looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join a dynamic international team in Madrid. In this role, you'll work with businesses in the German market, helping them discover innovative e-commerce solutions while developing your own career in one of Europe's most exciting tech hubs. Please note: Candidates must already be living in Spain to be eligible for this position. Your Role As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals. Your responsibilities include: • Managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities., • Building and maintaining relationships with business clients., • Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored SaaS solutions., • Conducting product demonstrations and sales presentations., • Negotiating contracts and successfully closing new business., • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets., • Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales forecasts., • Collaborating closely with Customer Success and other internal teams.What We're Looking For, • Native or fluent German., • Previous B2B sales, Account Executive, Business Development or SaaS sales experience is preferred., • Strong communication and negotiation skills., • Results-driven with a passion for sales., • Comfortable managing the full sales cycle., • Excellent relationship-building skills., • Self-motivated and proactive., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Working Hours, • Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00, • Friday: 09:00 – 15:00, • Hybrid working model, • Flexibility to align occasionally with US business hours, especially during onboarding.Salary & CommissionBase Salary €30,000 gross per year Plus uncapped monthly commissions. Monthly Commission Target Target commission: €600 per month Performance multipliers: • Below 80% target x1, • 80% target achieved x1.3, • 100% target achieved x2, • 150% target achieved x3Example Earnings, • 100% target achieved:, • €600 × 2 = €1,200 commission, • 150% target achieved:, • €600 × 3 = €1,800 commissionQuarterly Performance Bonus If your average quarterly performance exceeds 150%, all commissions earned during that quarter are recalculated using the 3x multiplier, significantly increasing your earnings. Career Growth Outstanding performance is rewarded with clear promotion opportunities: • Account Executive II: €35,000 base salary, • Account Executive III: €40,000 base salary You'll have the opportunity to grow both your responsibilities and your earning potential within the company.
