ABOUT THE ROLE We are recruiting an experienced Maître for the summer season at a new fine dining restaurant in Menorca, with strong ambitions to achieve a Michelin star. This role is central to the guest experience and requires a highly confident hospitality professional with strong fine dining service expertise and solid wine knowledge, combined with a hands-on, guest-focused approach. You will be a key figure on the floor, ensuring seamless service execution and an elevated guest experience in line with Michelin-level standards. RESPONSABILITIES Lead and manage the full front-of-house service operation during daily service Ensure an exceptional and consistent guest experience from arrival to departure Act as the main point of contact for guests on the floor, delivering personalised and attentive service Demonstrate strong wine knowledge, including recommendations, basic pairings, and confident guest guidance Oversee and coordinate the service team, ensuring smooth communication between kitchen and front of house Organise daily mise-en-place and ensure restaurant readiness before service Manage service flow, table pacing, and guest satisfaction during service periods Handle guest feedback, requests, and service recovery with professionalism and discretion Train and support front-of-house staff in service standards and wine fundamentals Work closely with the management and kitchen team to ensure alignment of service and culinary experience Maintain consistently high standards aligned with fine dining and Michelin-level expectations BENEFITS: Seasonal contract (May–November), with potential extension and renewal for next season. €2398,71 gross/month Accommodation provided (free of charge) Sharing room with 2 more people.
