Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting a diverse range of high-end modern cocktails, including classic and signature creations.
- Managing and operating a professional bar environment.
- Meeting established targets and performance goals.
- Contributing to menu creation and development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mixology and high-volume bar operations.
- Ability to work flexible day and night shifts.
- Available to start in June.
