From our Barcelona office we are looking for a Customer Service Administrator (Advanced/Native German). What you will do / Main responsibilities • Process quotes and formal orders accurately and quickly., • Support the sales department and customers in pre-sales and after-sales tasks: resolve issues and provide accurate information., • Act as a liaison between customers and internal areas (sales, service delivery, collections) to resolve queries., • Coordinate the end-to-end customer experience, applying company processes and compliance requirements., • German: preferably native., • English: excellent written and verbal communication., • Previous experience in customer service and administrative tasks., • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel., • Experience with SAP/CRM is highly valued., • Location: Barcelona. Contract: 6-month temporary contract (via Gi Group ETT)., • Start date: 04/05/2026., • Client: Agilent Technologies., • Work mode: Hybrid (WTC Barcelona)., • Schedule: 40 hours/week — 08:00–17:00 (1-hour break)., • Salary: €28,000 gross per year., • First month: full-time on-site attendance required for intensive training.
