• CAVËN is a luxury automotive lifestyle brand that curates exclusive driving experiences, track days, private events, and automotive exhibitions, bringing together exceptional cars and a global community of enthusiasts through invitation-only experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of exclusive events, including driving experiences, international tours, concours events, gala dinners, product launches, and member gatherings., • Develop comprehensive event concepts, project plans, production schedules, and operational timelines to ensure seamless delivery., • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with premium venues, luxury hotels, suppliers, travel providers, production partners, and specialist agencies for more than 45 events annually, with a strong focus on flagship experiences., • Coordinate and oversee external event agencies and production partners to ensure all events meet the highest standards of quality and execution., • Manage event budgets, monitor expenditures, negotiate supplier agreements, and deliver detailed financial reporting., • Curate exceptional end-to-end guest journeys, ensuring a world-class hospitality experience for members, collectors, partners, and VIP guests., • Plan and execute recurring community events such as Cars & Coffee, Morning Drives, private member gatherings, and networking experiences., • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure every event reflects and strengthens the brand identity while maximizing media exposure and member engagement., • Partner directly with the CEO to translate the company's vision into exceptional experiences, maintaining the highest standards across every event and touchpoint. Requirements: • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish., • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within the automobile industry., • Additional experience in high-end event production is highly valued., • Experience with UHNW clients & luxury hospitality., • Hands-on and highly organised; must be comfortable working independently., • Confident in managing suppliers, contracts, negotiation & financial reports., • Must be willing and able to travel extensively and work flexible hours based on event schedules.
