You'll contribute to innovative projects involving smart warehouses, automation, intelligent logistics technologies, and next-generation fulfillment solutions that move millions of products worldwide every day. /p h3About the Team /h3 pYou’ll join the JD Logistics Operations team, where collaboration, ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do. /p pAs a Warehouse Manager, you will lead all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and productivity. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic Planning Warehouse Development /h3 ul liDevelop warehouse strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. /li liDesign warehouse operational standards, annual operating plans, and management systems. /li liPlan warehouse layouts and equipment configurations. /li liDrive warehouse standardization, digital transformation, and smart warehouse initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency. /li /ul h3End-to-End Warehouse Operations /h3 ul liOversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, and order fulfillment. /li liMonitor key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity, and service performance. /li liOptimize workflows, warehouse processes, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency while reducing errors and inventory losses. /li /ul h3Cost Management Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liAnalyze warehouse cost structures, including labor, equipment, and facility utilization. /li liDevelop and implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising operational quality. /li liPromote process improvements, Lean methodologies, and warehouse automation solutions. /li liMonitor labor productivity and warehouse space utilization to continuously improve operational performance. /li /ul h3Leadership, People Management Risk Control /h3 ul liRecruit, coach, develop, and manage warehouse teams. /li liFoster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous learning. /li liBuild effective organizational structures to support business growth. /li liEnsure full compliance with Health Safety regulations and company policies. /li liManage operational risks, business continuity, emergency situations, and incident response to maintain a safe working environment. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Collaboration Customer Excellence /h3 ul liPartner closely with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize end-to-end operations. /li liCoordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction. /li liGather customer feedback and translate insights into continuous warehouse service improvements. /li liSupport business growth by enhancing operational competitiveness and service quality. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in Cold chain /li liProven experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). /li liStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. /li liExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liFluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
