Role Description The Responsable de logística at Quota Vita oversees the end-to-end logistics operations to ensure that products are stored, handled, and delivered efficiently and on time. In this full-time, on-site role based in Premià de Mar, the person coordinates warehouse activities, manages inventory levels, and monitors incoming and outgoing shipments. Daily tasks include organizing transport, working with suppliers and carriers, optimizing routes and delivery schedules, and resolving logistics incidents or delays. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating closely with production, sales, and customer service to align logistics capacity with business needs. The Responsable de logística is expected to continuously improve processes, reduce costs, and support the reliable supply of nutrition products to customers. Qualifications • Experience in logistics management, including coordination of warehousing, transport, and inventory control., • Strong skills in planning, organization, and time management, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines., • Competence in using logistics, ERP, or inventory management software, as well as general proficiency in office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email)., • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners, with clear and professional communication skills., • Knowledge of basic supply chain principles, cost control, and process optimization within a production or FMCG environment., • Attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in storage and transport operations., • Previous experience in logistics or operations in the food or nutrition sector is an advantage., • Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field is preferred., • Ability to work on-site in Premià de Mar and adapt to a dynamic, growth-oriented environment., • Speak and write in catalan. English B2, spanish optional.
