About the role We're looking for a Product Operations Specialist to ensure the day-to-day execution of our product work runs in an organized, predictable way. You'll own the operational heartbeat of the product team: keeping Jira clean, tracking progress, coordinating cadences, and acting as the communication proxy between the team and the Head of Product for everything related to execution and delivery. Your job is to make sure the day-to-day reality of the team is structured, visible, and clearly surfaced upwards so the right decisions can be made at the right time. Own the day-to-day health of the product backlog from an operational perspective, ensuring it's well structured, up to date, and correctly prioritized based on the needs translated to you. What you'll do • Maintain and refine product delivery workflows so the current state of work is always visible and accurate., • Coordinate meeting cadences for the product & engineering teams (dailies, weeklies, planning sessions), ensuring actions, owners, and deadlines are clearly captured and followed up on., • Act as the first line of contact for day-to-day questions, pings, and minor issues., • Translate product decisions into structured work by supporting the creation and refinement of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are ready for implementation., • Maintain and update product documentation (functional descriptions, release notes, decision logs, how-to guides) so other teams have a reliable, up-to-date source of truth., • Monitor delivery against the roadmap, track dependencies and risks, and communicate deviations or emerging issues., • Continuously identify recurring operational pain points and help turn them into simple, repeatable processes that strengthen product delivery. What we're looking for • 2+ years in a product-adjacent role at a B2B SaaS or tech company (Product Operations, Associate/Junior PM, Delivery/Project Manager, or similar), • Strong command of Jira and Confluence (or similar tools) — hands-on experience structuring backlogs, designing boards/filters, and keeping complex work organized and transparent, • Proven ability to coordinate teams and keep execution on track, with clear tracking of owners, deadlines, and follow-ups, • Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable owning the operational backbone of product delivery in a fast-paced startup, • Proactive mindset: you catch small issues early, solve what you can, and escalate clearly when the Head of Product's input is needed, • Strong written and verbal communication — able to synthesize day-to-day realities into concise, actionable updates, • Advanced English proficiency and comfort working in a mostly English-speaking, distributed, technical environment, • Genuine interest in product development and turning strategic direction into reliable, predictable delivery, • Nice to have: Background in B2B SaaS platforms involving workflows, automation, or integrations What do we offer: • A front-row seat in one of Europe’s most exciting cybersecurity startups., • Hybrid work setup in our Barcelona Office., • Competitive salary and benefits package (health insurance & therapy coverage)., • Flexible Retribution Program (meals, transport, childcare, and other tax-efficient benefits)., • A smart, humble, and driven team that genuinely enjoys working together.
