Overview En este puesto liderarás el área de producción para asegurar el cumplimiento del plan, con especial foco en seguridad alimentaria y procedimientos. Serás un perfil polivalente con visión de mejora continua, preparado para asumir funciones propias de un mini Director de Planta y evolucionar hacia un rol más estratégico. Trabajarás estrechamente con Calidad, Envasado y Operaciones para optimizar procesos y rendimientos en un entorno dinámico. Responsabilidades • Gestionar la producción diaria para cumplir plan, calidad y eficiencia, • Introducir órdenes de producción en ERP y supervisar ejecución, • Controlar consumos, escandallos, tiempos y rendimientos, • Realizar compras operativas y aprovisionamiento, • Supervisar procesos de fabricación primaria y envasado, • Gestionar un equipo de 9–10 personas y coordinar con envasado, • Organizar turnos y distribución de tareas, • Asegurar disciplina y supervisión del personal, • Implantar y reforzar procedimientos productivos y seguridad alimentaria, • Colaborar con Calidad para resolver no conformidades y asegurar cumplimiento normativo, • Coordinar con Calidad, Envasado, Mantenimiento y Operaciones, • Tomar decisiones rápidas ante urgencias e incidencias, • Detectar ineficiencias y proponer mejoras, • Contribuir al desarrollo futuro de la planta, • Suplir al Responsable de Planta en su ausencia y evolucionar a rol estratégico Requisitos principales, • Ingeniería Industrial, • 3–5 años en producción, planificación, procesos o supervisión industrial, • Experiencia liderando equipos productivos, • Experiencia en entornos de producción exigentes (alimentación, automoción, químico), • Manejo sólido de ERPs (preferiblemente introduciendo órdenes de producción), • Conocimientos de planificación y programación de la producción, • Buen dominio de herramientas ofimáticas, • Conocimientos de seguridad alimentaria (valorable experiencia), • Liderazgo dialogante con firmeza, • Capacidad de mediación e influencia, • Organización y disciplina, • ERP (experiencia introduciendo órdenes de producción), • Planificación y programación de la producción, • Herramientas ofimáticas
