We collaborate with iconic global figures and cultural leaders — including Mike Tyson — and develop experiences for both direct-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) audiences. Key responsibilities 1. On-site Activations & Growth Initiatives • Support the execution of on-site activations and key digital projects., • Analyze product performance and identify growth opportunities., • Contribute ideas for optimization and new digital initiatives., • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital activations with business goals., • Design, launch, and automate market research surveys (e.g., Typeform) to gather user insights., • Translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations for UX, content, and product improvements., • Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution. 2. Analytics, Reporting & Insights • Maintain and update performance reports (PrestaShop and related tools)., • Support report enhancements and basic dashboard improvements., • Analyze campaign results and highlight key performance trends., • Share reporting insights with the team and support summary preparation., • Analyze basic customer behavior patterns. 3. Personalization, UX & CX Support • Assist with cross-channel campaign execution (web, email, CRM)., • Support segmentation and personalization initiatives in Presta and HubSpot., • Execute campaign setups in HubSpot under guidance., • Help maintain a knowledge base for personalized campaigns and controls.
