OXYA Burger is looking for a reliable and motivated Brioche Baker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing our fresh brioche buns each morning while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Working Schedule
- 5 days per week
- 2 days off
- 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM (6 hours per day)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix brioche dough.
- Shape, proof, and bake brioche buns.
- Follow established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in baking or pastry production is preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Passion for producing high-quality baked products.
