The hotel technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems within the hotel to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff. Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs, • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues, • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, • Install and set up new equipment and systems as needed, • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance, • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures Requirements: • Previous experience as a hotel technician or in a similar role, • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing equipment, • Excellent problem-solving skills, • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, • Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance, • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits: • Competitive salary, • Professional development opportunities
