You are someone who loves working with dough, understands the rhythm of a bakery, and takes pride in creating fresh, high-quality baked goods every day.
Essential Skills
- Experience in artisan baking or bakery production
- Ability to work with loafs, cakes, and desserts.
- Understanding of consistency, timing, and production flow
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Ability to work early shifts and manage prep independently
- Passion for high-quality ingredients and craftsmanship
- Team player with a positive and reliable attitude
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare fresh baked goods daily for café service
- Work with a variety of doughs including bread, pastries, and sweet items
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organised bakery workspace
- Collaborate with the café team on seasonal specials and menu development
- Help create signature QAWA baked goods that reflect our identity
