About the job Reporting to the Director of Property Management at Le Collectionist, your main function will be to manage your portfolio of properties on the island of Ibiza in an assigned area. This role will require a strong emphasis on team coordination, problem-solving, and strategic organization to ensure the smooth operation of each property and the satisfaction of both owners and guests. Property Management: Manage the villas within your portfolio to proactively identify and address any issues, ensuring they consistently meet the highest standards during both the high and low seasons. Ensure the administrative and financial management of property management files and take all necessary measures to contribute effectively to this task. Interact with property owners, relevant authorities and organizations (municipality, co-ownership association, etc.), and service providers. Respond to requests and expectations of property owners within the limits of the services included in the signed real estate management contract. Lead operational teams in property preparation and guest services, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
