We are looking for a detail‑oriented and highly committed Automation Engineer (HMI) with a strong affinity for IT and modern visualization technologies. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of automation, industrial IT, and user‑centric interface design contributing directly to the performance, reliability, and usability of our production line systems. With your expertise in databases, networking, and intuitive HMI concepts, you will help shape robust and innovative visualization solutions that enable smooth and efficient operations across our entire equipment portfolio. Develop and adapt HMI/SCADA systems for complete production lines Build, maintain, and optimize SQL databases Integrate HMI systems into existing automation and network infrastructures Execute functional tests and perform in‑house root‑cause analysis Support commissioning activities at customer sites (low travel requirement) Prepare technical documentation and collaborate closely with automation, electrical, and IT teams Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field ~ Practical experience working with SQL databases ~ Good understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP) ~ Confident handling of Windows operating systems ~ Ability to multitask and take responsibility for complete production lines ~ Good English proficiency and openness to international travel when required ~ 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in automation, HMI/SCADA, or industrial IT (more senior profiles are equally welcome!)
