Role Overview Join Sani/Ikos Group as a Spa Therapist and become an integral part of our award-winning beachfront resorts where genuine hospitality and a deep connection to place define the guest experience. You will deliver a variety of spa treatments tailored to our guests' needs, ensuring each visit is relaxing, personalized, and memorable. Key Responsibilities • Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, and body treatments following established protocols., • Welcome guests warmly, provide expert consultations, and create a serene and tailored spa environment., • Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products, maintaining rigorous hygiene and presentation standards., • Recommend appropriate treatments and retail products to enhance guests' wellness journeys., • Collaborate with the spa team to maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and support colleagues as needed. Required Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role within luxury hospitality., • Recognized certification in massage therapy, beauty, or spa treatments., • Fluency in English., • Strong knowledge of diverse treatment techniques and product ranges. Key Responsibilities Event Coordination: Oversee and coordinate entertainment events and activities across the resort, ensuring all programs meet the brand’s standards for quality and guest satisfaction. Creative Development: Design and implement innovative entertainment concepts aligned with current trends and the resort’s identity. Operations Management: Supervise performer schedules, logistics, and technical setups to ensure smooth execution of all events and activities. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the Entertainment Team, conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment. Collaboration: Work closely with F&B, Operations, Marketing, and PR teams to ensure cohesive event delivery and enhance the overall guest experience. Guest Feedback: Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve entertainment offerings and maintain high satisfaction levels. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all entertainment operations comply with health, safety, and fire regulations. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). Previous experience in entertainment or event management, preferably within luxury hospitality. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Key Responsibilities Inspection & Evaluation: Conduct regular inspections of products, materials, or services to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications. Testing & Measurement: Perform tests, measurements, and audits using appropriate tools and techniques to verify quality, accuracy, and reliability. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to management for corrective actions. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all processes meet regulatory, safety, and internal quality requirements; monitor adherence to standard operating procedures. Continuous Improvement: Identify defects, process inefficiencies, or potential risks and provide recommendations for quality improvements. Qualifications & Experience · Previous experience as a quality inspector, quality control officer, or similar role. · Fluency in English. · Good knowledge of MS Office. · Strong knowledge of quality standards, testing methods, and inspection procedures. · Food Safety Management Systems Certification desired.
