We are looking for a positive and professional Hotel Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front desk in our hotel and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
You will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have wonderful stay with us.
Our receptionist will handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, sorting and distributing mail.
Receptionist requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in at least Spanish and English.
Consistent, professional dress and manner.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Speak with others using clear and professional language and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
