We are currently looking for a Hub Buyer Support professional to join our Procurement Hub in Spain, supporting the sourcing of non-commodity goods and services across multiple ADM entities. As Hub Buyer Support, you will play a key role in enabling efficient procurement operations, supporting Hub Buyers, and ensuring compliance across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and Shared Services to drive operational excellence and support strategic sourcing initiatives. This role is a contract role for approximately 9 months. Key Responsibilities • Issue RFQs in line with Hub Buyer instructions, • Review long-term and short-term supplier agreements, • Support Purchase Order (PO) queries and follow-ups, • Liaise with vendors, requisitioners, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth procurement processes, • Support the implementation of strategic sourcing contracts, • Ensure compliance with Global Non-Commodity Procure-to-Pay policies, • Assist in tracking procurement KPIs (PO cycle time, on-time delivery, PO consolidation, etc.), • Support reporting and communication to stakeholders, • Participate in supplier business reviews and track follow-up actions, • Partner with Shared Services to ensure timely supplier invoice payments, • Identify and support cost reduction opportunities, • Assist with review and conversion of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) into Purchase Orders (POs), • Support resolution of issues related to pricing, logistics, delivery discrepancies, and contracts, • Assist in managing and resolving supplier invoices, • Support identification of high-spend categories for contract opportunitiesQualifications & Experience, • Diploma in Administration or Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field, • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative roles preferred, • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (PR-PO) processes, • Experience with ERP systems (PHC experience is an advantage), • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SharePoint, • Languages, • Spanish (optional), • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, • Team-oriented with a proactive, "can-do" attitude, • Well-organised with strong planning skills, • Problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement focus, • High attention to detail and quality, • Results-driven with strong accountability and integrityWhy Join ADM?
