Estamos buscando una persona responsable y proactiva para desempeñar labores de recepción y limpieza general durante el turno de noche. Será el/la encargado/a de mantener el silencio y la tranquilidad del sitio, atender a los huéspedes que lleguen o necesiten asistencia durante la noche, y asegurar la limpieza de áreas comunes. Funciones principales: Realizar check-in y check-out nocturnos. Brindar información y asistencia a huéspedes. Realizar rondas de vigilancia nocturna en el establecimiento. Limpieza de áreas comunes (recepción, baños, cocina compartida, pasillos). Preparación de ropa de cama para el equipo de limpieza. Acondicionamiento de espacios para el día siguiente. Registrar novedades o incidentes durante el turno. Perfil del candidato/a ideal: Experiencia previa en limpieza o atención al cliente (preferible, no excluyente). Buena disposición, responsabilidad y puntualidad. Nivel medio de inglés (para atención a turistas). Habilidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y mantener la calma en la noche. Persona amable, con buena presentación y actitud de servicio.

Funciones principales: Realizar la limpieza diaria y profunda de habitaciones, baños y espacios comunes (recepción, cocina, comedor, pasillos, escaleras, etc.). Cambiar y lavar ropa de cama, toallas y otros textiles del hostal. Reponer suministros básicos en baños (jabón, papel higiénico, etc.). Reportar daños o irregularidades en las instalaciones. Usar adecuadamente los productos y equipos de limpieza, siguiendo las normas de seguridad establecidas. Mantener organizado y controlado el stock de insumos de limpieza. Requisitos: Experiencia previa en labores de limpieza, preferiblemente en hostales, hoteles o alojamientos turísticos. Puntualidad, responsabilidad y compromiso con la calidad del trabajo. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse de manera efectiva. Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana Actitud proactiva, atención al detalle y buena disposición. E-Commerce Key Account Manager – PcComponentes & Online Retail Location: Madrid, Spain Employment Type: Full-time Department: E-Commerce / Sales Primary Key Account: PcComponentes Additional Scope: Online Retail Accounts About the Role TP-Link España is looking for an experienced and commercially driven E-Commerce Key Account Manager to lead and grow our strategic partnership with PcComponentes, while also managing and developing other key online retail accounts in Spain. PcComponentes will be the primary focus of this position. The successful candidate will also be responsible for expanding TP-Link’s presence across relevant online retailers, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening our overall e-commerce channel performance. Based in Madrid, you will take ownership of sales growth, profitability, product assortment, pricing, promotional planning, forecasting and operational execution. You will work closely with our customers and internal sales, marketing, supply chain, finance and product teams to deliver sustainable and profitable growth. Key Responsibilities PcComponentes Account Management • Own the overall commercial relationship with PcComponentes and act as the main point of contact for the account., • Develop and execute the annual joint business plan in line with TP-Link’s targets and PcComponentes’ commercial priorities., • Deliver agreed sales, revenue, profitability and market-share objectives., • Lead commercial negotiations, including annual agreements, pricing, promotional investments, rebates and marketing activities., • Build strong relationships with buyers, category managers, marketing teams and other key stakeholders within PcComponentes., • Define the optimal product assortment, pricing structure and launch strategy for the account., • Plan and execute key campaigns, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, back-to-school and new product launches., • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory, pricing, traffic, conversion and promotional performance., • Conduct regular business reviews and present clear performance insights, recommendations and action plans. Online Retail Development • Manage and develop relationships with additional online retail accounts in Spain., • Identify and acquire new online retail partners aligned with TP-Link’s channel strategy., • Create account-specific growth plans covering product assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility and inventory., • Expand product listings and improve TP-Link’s online distribution and market coverage., • Monitor online pricing, product availability, content quality, customer ratings and competitor activity., • Ensure consistent brand positioning and pricing execution across online retail partners., • Identify opportunities involving retail media, digital campaigns, product bundles and exclusive promotions., • Evaluate account performance and allocate commercial investments according to growth potential and profitability., • Balance the strategic requirements of PcComponentes with the development of other online retail customers. Forecasting and Operational Excellence • Prepare accurate sales forecasts by customer, product and promotional period., • Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and healthy inventory levels., • Identify and address out-of-stock situations, excess inventory, price erosion and slow-moving products., • Coordinate with finance, logistics, customer service, product and marketing teams to resolve operational issues., • Track commercial investments and ensure that activities remain within approved budgets., • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer plans and performance reports., • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer agreements and channel-management guidelines.
