At Capital Rooms, we are looking for an organized, proactive person with a management mindset to help us optimize and professionalize our room rental operations.

We are not just looking for a salesperson. We are looking for someone who combines commercial skills, organizational ability, and a process-oriented mindset to improve the way we work.

Responsibilities:

Management and marketing of roomsAssisting clients and prospective tenants (mainly international)Organizing and optimizing internal processesSupporting administrative and operational managementProposing and implementing improvements in business managementCoordinating viewings and managing sales follow-ups

Requirements:

Fluent English (essential)Experience or knowledge in administration, business management, or operations managementOrganized and solution-oriented profileStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProactive mindset with a focus on improving processes
