Estamos en la búsqueda de alumno/a para realizar prácticas en el departamento de RRHH dando soporte a todos los restaurantes gestionados por el grupo de restauración. Principales tareas a realizar: Apoyo en la publicación de ofertas, criba curricular y entrevistas con candidatos Colaboración en la gestión de contratos, altas, bajas y movimientos de personal Soporte en los procesos de onboarding y offboarding Organización y actualización de bases de datos y archivos Asistencia en la gestión de nóminas y trámites administrativos Coordinación con otros departamentos para asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos internos Manejo de plataforma de RRHH (registro y baja de empleados, actualización de datos y condiciones, envío de contratos y documentación relacionada, reportes y gestión de incidencias, etc.) -Perfil: Administración y Finanzas, Gestión Administrativa y similares -Manejo básico de Excel y herramientas ofimáticas -Habilidades: persona organizada, proactiva y con ganas de aprender -Convenio de prácticas -Horario: lunes a viernes de 9h a 13h -Prácticas no remuneradas • No remuneradas
