As a Senior Account Manager, you will own a mixed portfolio of strategic accounts across Europe, with full accountability for retention, expansion, and long-term client health. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially sharp relationship-builder who wants to make a genuine impact in the clean energy space. • Own net revenue retention across your portfolio, with clear accountability for renewal rates and expansion targets., • Develop and execute account plans for each strategic client, identifying growth opportunities and risks at every stage., • Lead commercial negotiations on renewals and upsells across multi-stakeholder processes., • Build and maintain senior and executive-level relationships across your accounts., • Represent the voice of the customer back into the business, feeding insight to senior leadership and product teams., • 5+ years in strategic account management, ideally in SaaS, data, or market intelligence., • Can point to specific examples of retention and expansion you have personally driven., • Credible and confident managing senior and executive-level stakeholders., • Some familiarity with European energy markets or renewables., • €70-90k + bonus structure, • Hybrid working in Madrid. xohynlm, • Opportunity to work at the heart of the general energy transition, • A high‑calibre, international team across Europe and the US Hay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
