The Impact You’ll Make 🚀 Reporting to the Iberia Accounting Manager and coordinating closely with our UK Headquarters, your main responsibilities will include: • Team Leadership: Managing and motivating the accounting team, acting as their technical mentor., • Tax & Accounting Cycle: Overseeing monthly/annual closings and ensuring full tax compliance (VAT, CIT, SII, ETE)., • International Reporting: Preparing financial statements and reporting to the Group under international standards (using Navision/Dynamics 365)., • Audit & Compliance: Leading the relationship with external auditors and ensuring the filing of Annual Accounts., • Continuous Improvement: Actively collaborating on new ERP implementation and process optimization. What We’re Looking For 🔍 • Education: University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance., • Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role., • Languages: English (B2+/C1) is a must. You need to be comfortable in technical meetings and daily reporting to the UK., • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Navision, Dynamics, or Hyperion)., • Soft Skills: An autonomous, resilient problem-solver with a "people-first" leadership style.
