Job Description: The key responsibilities and accountabilities for the incumbent cover the sale of young used car sales to official dealers, traders and wholesalers. What You’ll Do: • Risk Fleet sales, • Search for new opportunities, • Advanced Sales: Agreeing sales subsequently materialize., • Manage and find new customers from multiple countries, • Execute used cars sales including sending offers, damage appraisal and invoicing, • Complaint management, • Manage and develop effectively in order to foster buyer base, • Development and expansion of existing customer base, • Close cooperation with other team members, • Support Car Sales Manager on achieving monthly sales and P&L targets, • Support Fleet Acquisition on new offers valuation and analysis. What We’re Looking For: • Level of Degree level at minimum or qualified by comparable experience., • Degree (BA or MBA) in Business Administration or similar, • 4 - 7 years of experience used cars market, manufactures, leasing, rental companies or dealership., • Indispensable experience in selling used vehicles, • Desirable previous experience in multinational environment, • High level of English spoken and written with other languages desirable, • Excellent knowledge of the new and or used car market understanding market trends, sales, channels and segmentation, • Ability to identify immediate concerns providing quick and effective responses Skills: • Deliver Performance Results, • Organisation, • Prioritization, • Time Management, • Verbal and Written Communication, • Microsoft Office, • Analytical Thinking, • Decision Making, • Adaptability, • Change Management, • Attention to Detail
