About the job
Job requirements:
· Professional Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Proven experience leading a team with a track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Familiarity with the Barcelona luxury hospitality market, including knowledge of competitive pricing, high-end guest expectations.


· Technical Skills and Systems Knowledge:
Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS), with preference for experience in systems such as Opera and Marsha.
Understanding of revenue management principles, including dynamic pricing strategies, inventory control, and distribution channels management.


· Sales and Revenue Management:
Knowledge of revenue optimization techniques, including upselling and managing OTA relationships.

· Customer Service and Communication:
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle VIP and high-net-worth clientele with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Catalan, French, or German) is a plus.
Proven ability to effectively resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive outcome while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.


· Leadership and Team Management:
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team to achieve high performance standards.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with experience in managing team schedules, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.


· Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
Additional certifications in revenue management or luxury hospitality management are advantageous.
