This is your chance to make a difference! 🚀 We are looking for an Account Executive (Enterprise) to drive the growth of our Enterprise business in the Italian market. We are a rapidly expanding SaaS company focused on the healthcare sector, seeking a senior professional capable of closing complex, high-value deals within corporate and public-sector environments. This is a key role within our Enterprise team, working closely with senior leadership and acting as a strategic partner for the Enterprise segment. The position is 100% customer-facing, targeting large healthcare groups and public administrations. We are looking for a true hunter profile, with strong Enterprise outbound expertise, solid business acumen, and the ability to provide strategic market insights to management. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and close Enterprise opportunities in the Italian market., • Execute Enterprise outbound strategies: target account identification, stakeholder mapping, active prospecting, and opportunity generation., • Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, demos, proof of concept, negotiation, and deal closing., • Build and maintain a strong, realistic, and well-qualified Enterprise pipeline., • Maintain strict discipline in reporting, follow-up, and sales forecasting. What we’re looking for: • Strong experience (minimum 3–5 years) in B2B Enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or healthcare software., • Proven track record in high-ticket sales to hospitals, healthcare groups, large enterprises, and/or public administrations., • Availability for frequent travel to Italy, • Clear hunter mindset, with deep expertise in Enterprise outbound sales., • Used to long, complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers., • Ability to work autonomously, in a structured way, with a high level of ownership and accountability., • Fluent English or Spanish (mandatory) and italian native., • Senior, mature profile with strong business judgment and strategic thinking.
