To support our continued growth, we are currently looking for a: BUSINESS & DIGITAL ANALYST to join our growing team in Sabadell. Please note: this is a 100% on-site position based in Sabadell (no home-office option available). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting tools., • Analyze business processes and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making., • Support AI adoption initiatives and internal training sessions., • Collaborate with department leads to identify automation and process optimization opportunities., • Contribute to management reporting and business performance analysis., • Organize and analyze sell-out data from both direct customer data and external sources such as Circana., • Collect, structure, and maintain operational and commercial data for reporting purposes., • Ensure proper organization and maintenance of analytical documentation, reports, and databases., • Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights and digital reporting solutions. REQUIRED PROFILE • Previous experience in business analysis, digital analysis, reporting, controlling, or similar analytical roles., • Experience with Power BI dashboard creation and reporting tools., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail., • Interest or experience in AI tools, automation, and digital transformation initiatives., • Ability to collect, organize, and analyze operational and commercial data., • Strong understanding of reporting processes and business performance analysis., • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly valued., • Good command of English, both written and spoken., • Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team., • Strong communication and presentation skills.
