About the Role We are looking for an experienced International Tax Specialist with 5-6 years of experience to join our Corporate HQ Tax team, reporting directly to the Tax Director. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our global tax operations, offering direct exposure to complex cross-border structures, strategic M&A projects and growing tax technology capabilities. You will work alongside senior stakeholders across finance, legal and operations and act as a key partner to regional teams and external advisors around the world. What You'll Do As International Tax Specialist, you'll be a core member of a lean, high-impact team and play a key role in supporting global tax operations and strategic initiatives across the group. Your responsibilities will include: • Partnering with Finance, Legal and Operations on M&A transactions and internal restructurings, from early-stage tax structuring and due diligence through to post-deal integration and other strategic business initiatives, • Advising regional teams on international tax matters, cross-border operations, and transfer pricing, in close collaboration with external advisors, • Taking a coordinating role in Pillar II and Country-by-Country implementation and compliance obligations, • Support the Group's cross-border tax operations, including transfer pricing compliance (Master File and Local Files), review and implementation of group tax policies (transfer pricing, WHT and other cross-border matters), and intercompany transaction monitoring — working in close coordination with local teams and external advisors, • Supervising and coordinating local tax audits and litigation in collaboration with local teams and external advisors, • Monitoring tax compliance across the group, coordinating with local teams and external advisors to ensure filings are accurate, complete and submitted on time, • Supporting global tax reporting during quarter, year-end and statutory closing and managing tax forecasts, budgets and gap analyses across the group, • Driving process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of global tax compliance and contribute to the development of the group's tax technology and automation capabilities What We're Looking For Experience & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; a Master's in Tax is a plus., • 5–6 years of experience in International Tax and M&A within a multinational group, a leading tax advisory firm, or a combination of both, • Proven experience on M&A transactions, covering tax structuring, due diligence, and post-deal integration; and corporate reorganizations, • Hands-on experience with OECD Pillar II implementation and CbCR is a strong plus, • Comfortable working in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Technical & Professional Skills • Business-level fluency in English and Spanish, • Strong technical knowledge of international tax principles (BEPS, tax treaty application, permanent establishments, withholding taxes, etc.) and transfer pricing principles, • Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment, • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across Finance, Legal, Operations, and local teams in a multi-jurisdictional environment, • Sound judgment and ability to translate complex tax issues into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management and non-tax stakeholders, • Genuine interest in tax technology and process transformation, with a drive to develop a data-driven and automated global tax operation, • Advanced Excel and solid proficiency across Microsoft Office; Power BI, SAP and BPC knowledge is a plus, • Tax accounting and reporting under IFRS is valued but not essential What We Offer • Competitive salary and permanent contract, • Hybrid working model - 2 to 3 remote days per week, • Flexible compensation plan including medical insurance, transport, childcare meal benefits and subsidized on-site canteen, • Direct exposure to senior leadership and real ownership from day one, • Clear career development and international growth opportunities, • A collaborative, international, and dynamic working environment If you are ready to take on a high-impact role combining technical expertise, international exposure and a genuine drive for innovation — we would love to hear from you!
