Director of Strategic Operations (Reporting directly to the COO & CEO) At CRAZE Group, we’re building and scaling companies across multiple industries and international markets — with active operations in Germany, Spain, and beyond. We operate fast, think entrepreneurially, and focus relentlessly on innovation, execution, and long-term value creation. As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Director of Strategic Operations to work directly alongside the COO & CEO on high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across the group. This is not an administrative role. This is a high-trust leadership position for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants direct exposure to executive decision-making, operational scaling, and company building. What You’ll DoStrategic Execution • Drive execution of high-priority initiatives across the group, • Translate executive decisions into actionable operational plans, • Coordinate cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, • Identify bottlenecks, track progress, and ensure accountabilityOperational Leadership, • Improve systems, workflows, reporting structures, and internal processes, • Support operational optimization across multiple companies and teams, • Help scale operational infrastructure as the organization grows, • Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting visibilityCOO & CEO Office, • Act as a trusted operational extension of the COO & CEO, • Prepare executive briefings, strategic summaries, and presentations, • Support decision-making through research, analysis, and synthesis, • Help manage priorities and cross-company coordinationCross-Company Coordination, • Align leadership teams and departments across different business units, • Ensure execution consistency across countries and operations, • Support international projects and strategic partnershipsSpecial Projects, • Lead or support launches, restructurings, partnerships, transformations, and growth initiatives, • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretionWho We’re Looking ForCore Traits, • Extremely high ownership mentality, • Strong execution and follow-through, • Proactive problem solver, • Highly organized and detail-oriented, • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments, • Strong analytical and structured thinking, • Excellent communication skills, • High level of professionalism and discretionExperience, • 3–8+ years in operations, strategy, consulting, founder’s office, startup operations, private equity operations, or similar roles, • Experience in high-growth startups, scale-ups, consulting firms, or entrepreneurial environments is highly valued, • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projectsSkills, • Strong project management capabilities, • Ability to prioritize effectively under pressure, • Excellent written and verbal communication, • Strong operational and business understanding, • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, • High proficiency with modern productivity and collaboration toolsLanguages, • Fluent English required, • Catalan & Spanish strongly preferred, • German is a major plusWho Will Thrive Here This role is ideal for someone who: • Wants to work directly with executive leadership, • Enjoys building structure in fast-moving environments, • Is motivated by ownership and impact, • Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, • Wants accelerated growth and exposure to company-buildingWhat We Offer, • Direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making, • High ownership and real impact across multiple companies, • Dynamic international environment, • Opportunity to grow into larger operational or executive leadership roles, • Fast-paced entrepreneurial culture, • Competitive compensation based on experience and profileLocation This is a 100% in-office position based in Sabadell, Spain.
