Job Description What you’ll do… Full control of storeroom + control entry of goods as requested. In charge of monthly inventory for storeroom and outlets, monthly counts and reporting related. Control of the stock always and storeroom area, ordering just what is necessary, without excess. Support HOD if necessary to negotiate new prices and rappels with suppliers. Busquem CAP de SALA amb experiència per encarregar-se del funcionament de les sales interior, superior i terrassa, juntament amb un altre cap de sala Si ets una persona creativa, detallista i apassionada pel tracte amb el client, t'estem buscant! Les teves FUNCIONS seran: - Dirigir, supervisar i avaluar el bon funcionament de les zones de sala, terrassa i el personal. - Coordinar i gestionar les reserves, l’assignació de taules i la recepció dels clients, amb serveis de +200pax/dia (fins 700 pax a l'estiu). - Vetllar pel compliment dels estàndards d'higiene i neteja, normativa i protocols. - Col·laborar amb cuina per garantir la qualitat dels plats. - Coordinar, supervisar i liderar equip de sala d'entre 10-15pax. - Elaborar quadrants d'horaris, festius i vacances. - Assignar tasques i responsabilitats diàries. - Encarregar-se de la formació i motivació a l'equip i la realització de reunions. - Resoldre qualsevol incidència de manera ràpida i efectiva. - Tenir coneixement dels productes i metodologia d'elaboració dels plats i la carta de vins. - Donar suport en el servei amb la presa de comandes i l'assessorament al client sobre l'oferta gastronòmica. - Responsabilitzar-se dels tancaments de caixa i cobraments. - Vetllar per la satisfacció del clients i fidelitzar-los. Les CONDICIONS de la posició son: - ️Incorporació immediata - Horari 10-18h (puntualment torn partit algun cap de setmana) - Nits obert divendres i dissabte - 2 festius setmanals (dilluns fix + dia rotatiu) - Salari 28.000-30.000€ brut/any - Contracte estable, directe amb l'establiment REQUISITS : - Formació mínima: CFGM restauració/turisme/hostaleria. - Experiència mínima: 3 anys com a cap de sala. - Coneixements de vins, maridatges i protocol. - Domini de TPV i PDA. - Idiomes: Castellà i català domini, valorable anglès i o francès. - Coneixements en tecnologia, internet i correu electrònic, softwares restauració. - IMPRESCINDIBLE residir a Badalona o rodalies.
