We are a private online shopping pick up point whereby our clients send us all their parcels and don’t have to worry about missed deliveries. Our team notifies each client as their parcels arrive and we are also a DHL Service Point and process dozens of parcels and documents daily, sent from Sotogrande to pretty much everywhere in the world.
We are looking for the right candidate for this Retail Admin Assistant position, and looking for the following:
- Bilingual Spanish and English (absolutely essential as we have both Spanish and international clients and the role requires frequent written and verbal communication)
- Incredible attention to detail (as our activity allows for no mistakes). The right candidate will be a self starter, very organised, punctual, reliable and flexible.
- IT skills - customer relationship management software, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Training will be provided for our own systems.
This is a part time position of 27 hours per week (5x 5h shifts during the week and 2 morning Saturday shifts per month). The weekday shifts will be a mix between morning (9am - 2pm) and afternoon (2pm - 7pm) - and we require this time flexibility.
Candidates should also have their own car as the area is not covered well by public transport.
We have become a community hub in Sotogrande and strive to offer excepcional customer service at all times.
Training will be provided at all levels.
