El Centro de Psicología - María Sancho cuenta con expertos en psicología especializados en niños, adolescentes, adultos y familia. Con más de 1.000 visitas anuales y galardonado con el certificado de excelencia, cuenta con una valoración media de 5 estrellas por parte de los pacientes. Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona que se encargue de la recepción, administración y contabilidad del centro de manera virtual. El puesto es en remoto con horario de media jornada (25 horas semanales): Lunes, Martes, Miércoles y Jueves de 15:30h a 20:30h Viernes de 9:30 a 14:30h. Incorporación inmediata Responsabilidades: Asistir a la dirección. Realizar tareas de recepción como atención al paciente, gestión de llamadas, mensajes y correos electrónicos, manejo de agenda y gestión de cambios en citas. Ejecutar labores administrativas y de contabilidad. Gestionar documentación. Establecer y mantener convenios con universidades colaboradoras. Atender y dar seguimiento a los alumnos de formación. Resolver incidencias. Requisitos imprescindibles: Dominio de Paquete Office. Nivel avanzado de inglés tanto oral como escrito (mínimo C1). La comunicación con nuestros pacientes, muchos de los cuales son de habla inglesa, es fundamental. Modalidad de trabajo presencial. Buena presencia, amabilidad y excelentes habilidades comunicativas. Capacidad de organización, planificación y gestión. Se valorará: Conocimientos en administración, contabilidad y psicología. Experiencia en manejo de redes sociales. Experiencia previa en centros de psicología, salud mental o atención a pacientes.
