We are looking for a Personal Cruise Consultant with a strong sales background to join our international hub.
Your Role🎯
- Guide customers through consultative sales conversations to help them book their ideal cruise experience.
- Handle incoming calls, conduct outbound campaigns, and manage customer follow-ups using CRM.
- Drive conversions, close sales, and achieve individual revenue targets.
Key Requirements📌
- Native-level English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in phone-based/consultative sales (travel, hospitality, or luxury retail background is a plus).
- Full right to work in Spain (valid work permit required).
- Availability for rotating shifts.
- Based in or near Valencia, Spain.
