Your main responsibilities • Conduct and lead Yoga & Pilates classes., • Check the functionality of the equipment and maintain a clean and tidy workspace., • Assist in all Sports & Recreation related tasks as assigned by the Sports Team Leader. Key Responsibilities • Guest Assistance: Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and provide recommendations for activities, dining, and entertainment., • Information Relay: Communicate important updates and information to guests promptly and accurately., • Coordination & Liaison: Work with department heads and external vendors to ensure seamless fulfillment of guest requests., • Communication Management: Use communication tools effectively to track and respond to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback., • Service Knowledge: Continuously expand knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and offerings to provide exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications & Experience • Previous experience in concierge services, front office, or guest relations in luxury hospitality., • Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation software, and other relevant technology., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills., • Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment options., • Professional, guest-focused demeanor with attention to detail., • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Your main responsibilities Nail Treatments: Deliver high-quality nail care services in line with professional standards, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for each guest. Facial Treatments: Provide excellent facial and body treatments, adhering to established standards and protocols. Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintain daily cleanliness and upkeep of treatment rooms in full compliance with Health and Safety and hygiene regulations. Stock Management: Efficiently manage stock within treatment rooms, ensuring products are replenished and ready for daily use. Training Participation: Attend all mandatory training sessions as required by management and follow prescribed training guidelines. Beauty Demonstrations: Support and assist in beauty demonstrations as needed. What will you bring? Previous relevant experience in the beauty industry. Degree/Diploma in Aesthetics/Cosmetology. Fluency in English with an additional second language being a plus. Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything. Strong communicative, interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
