We are looking for a reliable and proactive Team Assistant & Rental Manager to join our real estate office in Pollença. As part of Kensington Finest Properties International, a strong and well-established international real estate brand with an excellent reputation and network, you will work in a professional, modern, and dynamic environment.
This is a long-term position in a bright, well-equipped office with excellent technology, an established client base, and a strong portfolio of properties.
What we offer: Fixed salary with a secure contract 40 hours per week for full-time.

Your profile:
- You enjoy working with people and providing excellent service

- Languages: Spanish and English are essential (additional languages are a plus)
Your role:
- Support the team in daily office operations
- Manage and coordinate rental inquiries and contracts
- Communicate with clients and ensure a high level of service
- Help present and manage our property portfolio professionally
