Técnico/a de Mantenimiento - FINCA NAUNDRUP - Calahonda

Finca Naundrup Sport Resort is looking for a motivated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our international team. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys a varied workday, and wants to be part of a workplace where teamwork and quality matter.

Your responsibilities

As our Maintenance Technician, your daily tasks will include:

• General maintenance of the hotel, apartments, and resort facilities.
• Carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Garden and outdoor maintenance.
• Cleaning and maintaining the pool area.
• Daily pool water testing and basic pool maintenance.
• Preparing facilities for arriving guests.
• Identifying maintenance issues before they become problems and taking initiative to resolve them.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure the resort is always presented at its best.

We're looking for someone who

• Can work independently and take responsibility for their own tasks.
• Has experience with general property or hotel maintenance.
• Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in doing a great job.
• Notices what needs to be done without waiting to be told.
• Enjoys practical work and finding solutions.
• Is friendly, positive, and enjoys interacting with our guests.
• Works well as part of a team—we are one big family and help each other whenever needed.
• Speaks either Spanish or English (both is a plus).
• Holds a valid driving licence.

Experience in any of the following is an advantage

• Hotels or resorts
• Property maintenance
• Sports facilities
• Gardening and landscaping
• Swimming pool maintenance
• Basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, or general repairs
