Overview: We are looking for a customer-focused professional to join an international organization and provide operational, administrative and customer support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent service levels, efficient order processing and effective coordination between customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels, ensuring a professional and timely response., • Provide product, service and basic technical information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction., • Process and manage customer orders accurately within internal systems and follow up on order status, stock availability and deliveries., • Coordinate the resolution of customer issues by collaborating with internal departments and ensuring effective communication throughout the process., • Manage returns, warranty claims and related documentation in accordance with established procedures., • Create and maintain customer accounts and records, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information., • Perform administrative tasks and maintain documentation to support daily business operations., • Support inventory and logistics-related activities to ensure service continuity and product availability., • Assist with invoice, payment and credit note inquiries, escalating and resolving issues when appropriate., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, operations and logistics to ensure an excellent customer experience., • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards and company policies., • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency. Qualifications & Experience: • Italian speaker with strong command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in an international environment., • 2 years of experience in customer service, support operations, or similar client-facing roles., • A genuine customer-first mindset, with a consistent focus on delivering high-quality service and positive experiences., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different teams and with external stakeholders., • A proactive and collaborative approach, combined with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities., • Previous experience working with business systems such as ERP or CRM platforms is required., • Solid command of Microsoft Office tools for daily operational tasks and reporting., • Secondary education or equivalent academic background., • Basic understanding of financial or accounting principles will be considered an advantage., • Additional European languages will be considered a strong plus.
