We are seeking a Website Developer to craft engaging and user‑friendly digital experiences that captivate audiences and drive business growth. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality websites and web applications for our clients. Job Responsibilities • Implement new website designs and update and maintain existing sites, • Update website content monthly, including speaker bios, messaging, videos, and images, • Apply SEO best practices and use Google keywords to write meta descriptions and optimize page content, links, and metatags, • Use Google Analytics and tagging to analyze content performance and optimize sites, • Diagnose bugs or glitches and troubleshoot issues, • Support product launch project management by coordinating new online courses and product integration on the website, • Maintain email marketing campaigns, • Assist with website hosting and support issues with site provider, • Ensure content is consistent in style, quality, tone, and optimized for the audience Candidate Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, • At least 2 years of experience as a Website Developer, • Copywriting skills, • Planning, budgeting, and reporting experience, • Content creation and superior research and analytical skills, • SEO strategy knowledge, • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, • Digital marketing experience, • Proven ability to execute marketing programs such as targeted direct mail, email, field events, and social media Compensation and Benefits • Competitive starting salary based on experience, • HMO coverage plus dependent coverage, with varying amounts by rank and location, • Dental coverage and in‑house dental assistance, • Free meals during training and in‑office benefits such as raffles and recognition gifts, • Career growth, learning opportunities, and performance bonuses, • Allowances for rice, clothing, laundry, and meals, • Employee shuttle services and company retreats or off‑site events, • Frequent workplace disinfection and fogging Physical Requirements This role is performed in a professional office environment.
