Su misión será garantizar la calidad, seguridad alimentaria y cumplimiento normativo de todos los productos elaborados en TRADIPAN, mediante la implementación, seguimiento y mejora continua de los sistemas de gestión de calidad, asegurando que los procesos productivos se desarrollen conforme a los más altos estándares del sector alimentario. ¿Qué buscamos? Funciones principales: Supervisar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad bajo la norma IFS Food; Gestionar y actualizar el sistema APPCC , asegurando su correcta implementación en planta; Realizar controles de calidad en materias primas, procesos y producto final; Coordinar auditorías internas y externas (clientes, certificadoras); Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación vigente en seguridad alimentaria; Colaborar con los departamentos de Producción y Mantenimiento para la mejora continua; Formación y sensibilización del personal en temas de higiene y calidad. Requisitos: Formación universitaria en Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos o similar. Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puestos similares en el sector alimentario. Conocimiento profundo de IFS Food , APPCC y normativa de seguridad alimentaria. Manejo de herramientas informáticas (Excel, ERP, software de calidad).
