Uso de herramientas de gestión y control GMAO y BMS. - Cumplimentar la documentación de planes de trabajo. - Responsabilizarse de la guarda y custodia de los manuales de instrucciones de las máquinas. - Responsabilizarte de mantener un stock de material establecido para el servicio de mantenimiento. - Responsabilizarte del cuidado y la limpieza de las salas de máquinas, instalaciones, cuadros eléctricos, taller, etc. - Propuesta de compra y actualización del nuevo material al responsable directo. Requisitos ¿Que necesitas para aplicar? - Experiencia de 2-3 años como Técnico/a de Mantenimiento en hoteles. - Haber cursado estudios equivalentes a Formación Profesional. - Tener conocimientos técnicos en: electricidad, climatización, refrigeración, fontanería, albañilería, carpintería, protección contra incendios, cerrajería y pintura. - Valorable tener conocimientos en el uso de herramientas GMAO. - Se valorará de manera positiva certificado en Legionella. - Ser una persona proactiva, dinámica, con ganas de aprender y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
