Mondrian Ibiza is a sleek wonderland with 154 guest rooms and highly designed public spaces, including an expansive terrace with bay views. Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise and showcase for music and nightlife, featuring 401 rooms with natural textures and artisan touches. Together the properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets, ranging from premium sushi and an ocean-to-table Balearic fare, all of them highly programmed. Reporting to the Room Division Manager. The hotels are operated by Ennismore, the fastest growing lifestyle hospitality company, in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga owned by Apollo. Job Description What you’ll do… As Reservations & Communications Manager for Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all reservations activity and guest communications across both hotels, ensuring a seamless, efficient and brand-aligned guest journey from pre-arrival to post-stay. You will act as a key link between commercial, operations and guest-facing teams, maximising revenue opportunities while delivering a consistently high level of service Main functions: • Manage and oversee the reservations department for both properties, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and service excellence at all times. • Supervise, train and motivate the reservations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. • Monitor daily pick-up, availability, inventory and restrictions, working closely with Revenue Management to optimise occupancy and ADR. • Ensure correct configuration and maintenance of rates, packages and promotions across all distribution channels. • Oversee all pre-arrival and in-house guest communications (email, messaging platforms, phone), ensuring timely, personalised and brand-consistent responses. • Handle complex bookings, VIP reservations, group enquiries and special requests. • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, Marketing and Operations. • Prepare regular reports on reservations performance and guest satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs and data protection regulations. What we are looking for: Experience: Proven experience in reservations, communications or front office management within lifestyle or luxury hotels. Previous experience in a multi-property environment will be highly valued. Education: Degree or professional training in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High level of organisation and attention to detail. Proactive, flexible and guest-oriented mindset. Hard Skills Strong knowledge of PMS, CRS and distribution systems. Solid understanding of revenue management principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reporting tools. Languages Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage.
